At Paramount, I spent 2.5 years on the Paramount Brand Studio influencer marketing team, leading white label Influencer marketing activations on behalf of Paramount's advertising partners. I led marketing strategy and campaign development for two CoverGirl influence campaigns to promote the CoverGirl Simply Ageless Collection and the CoverGirl Cleantopia Mascara. I collaborated closely with our talent team to identify lifestyle and beauty influencers and worked with the creative team to develop social-first creative that included both English and Spanish assets. Content ran both organically and with paid amplification across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. To amplify the influencer content, our team helped identify and contract corresponding UGC to amplify in tandem with our campaigns.
